What to do with kids school pictures
If you are all like me I seem to get school pictures and never do too much with them. I have years and years of them (five kids worth) in envelopes and folders. For this set of pictures I decided to mount them on a wooden picture I had. The wooden picture was on a cream colored background with different shades of blue swirls all over the face of it. The wood was like a reverse shadow box approximately 2 inches deep – nice and sturdy.
I first mounted a navy blue sheet of 12×12 cardstock – leaving a little of the original blue design swirled as a border. Then I mounted the two photos on opposite diagonal corners and Mod Podged the whole thing. But, there was alot of empty space left. So I mounted some paper flowers randomly in the blank spaces. This is the end result (still wet).
