Gifts for the Yard
I still am trying to find uses for all the old lumber in my yard. Most of it is pressure treated so we can’t just use it in the fire pit. Recently, Someday Crafts had a post using 4×4’s for lawn decorations so I used the same concept with of course the lumber I had on hand.
As you know I used a bunch to make the colorful gravestones for Halloween. Now we made presents. So far we have only made 4 but we will make more in the next week.
First I cut up a 5×5 into mismatched sized, primed them, painted them different colors – when that dried we wrapped different colored/style ribbons around them and placed them strategically in the front yard. This is what we have.
