Nice color choice…made me think of Neapolitan ice cream. 🙂 I actually made several of these as favors for my daughter’s b-day party. Got the fleece on sale on Black Friday so it ended up being about $1.66/boa…not bad!!! Couple suggestions for those who decide to try this…cut the little strips so that they are on the “stretchy” side of the fleece, they are easier to tie if you have stretchy strips. the long cord should be cut so it’s non-stretchy…the cord will still stretch some, but it won’t be quite as bad. Also to make it more uniform, alternate the side of the boa that you knot it on…back-front-back-front…so that the knots are hidden in the finished project. You can also alternate between two fabrics, say a solid and print…if you chose to do that then go solid-front knot, solid-back knot, then print-front knot, print back knot. I found that four yards of fleece yielded about 7 boas. Have fun!
