My daughter tends to get a large number of tummy aches. So I decided to make her a warming pillow for her tummy.
Since it is almost Valentine’s Day – I purchased heart designed fabric (100% cotton so it can go in the microwave).
First, I taped two pieces of standard sized paper together, folded them in half, drew half a heart – then cut it out.
Turn inside out and sew right sides together – leaving approximately an inch wide opening to fill the shape with rice.
Fill with rice and sew the last remaining inch closed.
AND – now that I have placed a warming heart pillow on my daughter’s turbulent tummy – my son gets up after vomitting profusely all over layers and layers of blankets and stuffed animals! Ugh – I am off to start load after load of laundry and then I will make him a football shaped warming pillow. Fortunately they are a quick project! Never a moments rest…
