Corn On The Cob On The Grill
If you are like our family – you love corn on the cob. Of course we love corn pretty much any way it can be served. Although the only one in the family who likes creamstyle corn is my husband. The rest of us eat it any other way.
My husband cooks corn like this. He takes the corn exactly as is (husk and all) and soaks them in water in the sink for about four hours.
Then he wraps them in aluminim foil.
He places them on a warmed up grill and keeps turning them every so often for about fifteen minutes. Then they are done. And they are awesome. This is what it looks like when you open the foil – be careful they are extremely hot and will stay hot for a very long time. Do not under estimate how hot they will be or how long they will stay hot.
Then peel that extremely hot husk off and eat (once it cools off). Add butter or whatever you want. I eat it plain but I know most people like butter on theirs.
