The Best Part of an Ice Cream
We often go out for ice cream during the summer months. Sephora loves everything about ice cream. Anthony however will almost always skip ice cream and choose just the waffle cone that has been dipped in chocolate with sprinkles. So for Anthony and I – that is the best part of the entire ice cream experience.
Why not make some at home? We just purchase some inexpensive store brand sugar cones. Dip them in your favorite melted chocolate and cover with sprinkles. They are great to eat as is but they are also great with any flavor ice cream in them.
Sephora’s favorite way to eat this is actually without ice cream. Throw a couple M&Ms or Reeses Pieces in the bottom, then some baby marshmallows and top with a large marshmallow. YUCK – all that sugar. Obviously she doesn’t get to eat that combination too often.
Athena I LOVE this idea! You know how much those little ice cream cones with the chocolate tip and some nuts cost??? Why did I never think of making my own? Thank you for such a great idea…a must for our to do list. 😉

Thanks – they disappeared very quickly! Next time I think I will use the sugar cone bowls (I am not sure what their real name is).
