Mini Pizza – Fun to Make and Fun to Eat
I am a huge fan of making anything I can in muffin tins. It makes it so much easier for the kids to grab and eat and generally the kids are willing to help make anything that involves the muffin tin.
Today – we made pizzas. Cheese and hamburger. No pepperoni today but that is a favorite of my husband’s.
Spray your muffin tin with non-stick spray. Using Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza dough – rip small pieces off and spread a piece in each muffin spot. Put some pizza sauce on each section; add some mozzarella cheese and whatever else you want.
Enjoy!
How long do you bake these and at what temperature . . . I would wing it but the husband wants to know 🙂
That is too funny. I wing everything but my husband wants to know the exactness. I honestly don’t know – I just take them out when they look appropriately browned and the cheese is still slightly yellow. That is about it. I can’t imagine it was more than 10-12 minutes though.
