Product Review – Yoga Hands
Yoga Hands are patented hand stretchers. YogaHands are designed as a therapeutic tool for the relief of pain and tight cramping hands. The hand stretching helps to relieve pressure in your hands.
I wanted to try the YogaHands because I have arthritis in my fingers and it has been getting in the way of some of may daily living activities. For example. I like to practice sign language but due to arthritis and many injuries to my fingers over the years (I used to be a soccer goalie – very damaging to the fingers) they become stiff and unable to articulate the signs as well as I would like. Plus, years ago I would play the piano and now that my youngest children are getting a little older I would like to take it up again and teach them some of the basics.
I am very please with the YogaHands product. I immediately opened the package when it came in. There are two products in the package – one for each hand. The three center cushions are very soft and flexible allowing the user to slide their fingers in, as far as is manageable or comfortable – just enough to allow for some stretching. I only had to leave them on for a couple minutes to feel significant results after I removed them. The stretching allowed me to get right into the session of piano without much warming up. My sign language signs are much better. In both instances there is still a bit of an issue with flexibility but not in any of the directions the YogaHands stretch – mostly the middle joints of my fingers. The product is very lightweight – certainly the weight would not limit portability. The size is a little bulky but I certainly wouldn’t be able to design a product smaller to achieve the same results. My eight year old daughter is even able to use these before piano – she doesn’t have much stiffness but the increased stretching will certainly give additional benefits to her lessons. When using the device with a smaller hand, you just don’t push your fingers through any farther than comfortable.
I absolutely love this product. The company also makes YogoToes – which was actually the first product they designed and then moved forward to make the YogaHands.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
