This is near our house. It was a mansion on the corner of two blocks with a drive through in the middle. At some point, it was changed into apartments. The front of the building is very well maintained but the rear wings are horribly maintained. My guess is due to the huge cost involved, or they are trying to do updates in sections. I can’t imagine how much it would cost just to finish replacement windows in this building!
