Product Review – Kisspat Hair Chalk

My daughter has been begging me for some hair chalk.  Honestly I never even heard of it until she was asking for it.  We have done hair feathers and hair wraps so why not hair chalk?  Then along came an opportunity for us to try Kisspat’s Hair Chalk… Just in the nick of time!

School is not out yet here so she can’t wear it during the week but she had a blast on the weekend.  This box came with 12 colors and is very easy to use.  There are two methods you can use and I tried both.  First – you can apply to dry hair if you wet the chalk and rub on the hair.  With this method I was full of color!  It washes off but it was a great deal messier than it needed to be.  The other method is to just wet her hair and rub the dry chalk on it.  I still got color on me but not nearly as much as having the chalk wet.

I didn’t know what to expect for consistency but I would describe it as almost oil pastel “like” and they are very soft.  The company puts a great deal of effort into the care of the product during shipping but even if the sticks break – it doesn’t impact their performance in any way.

Here is my daughter with her hair chalk.  She chose to only use one color the first time.

In case you want to know – the chalk easily washes out of hair.  And just because there is always a dog around – Pepper needed to get in on the action.

Pepper now has an orange crest!

I would love it if you follow them on Facebook.  It is a terrific product with retail and wholesale sales.

I definitely give this product 5 stars (out of 5).  My daughter is able to get her hair the way she likes and I get to not have it be permanent.  I would also like to point out that this box of 12 should last a great deal of time.  I didn’t come even close to using even one full chalk.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
