Swimming takes so much out of her. She argues and argues that she is not tired but she literally falls asleep and crashes onto the pile of pillows, blankets and stuffed animals – she is out!
When we went on vacation last year my daughter was worried that her toddler would not sleep well at a hotel and she fretted about it for sometime. The first night, after swimming and playing in the water and sand she fell asleep before anyone could even suggest bedtime and slept all night long then woke up ready to do it all over again.

Gotta love the water and fresh air. Of course it exhausts me too but I am much happier when it exhausts her.
My kids look the same way!!!!!
lol my sons the same. a day outside in the sun is the BEST way to promise a good night’s sleep that night.
Passed out! So cute!
LOL! Swimming is great way for them to use all that built up energy!
