Falkor was a flying dog – a major character in The Neverending Story
Oberon – Iron Druid Chronicles
Atticus would not be nearly the character he is without his trusty Oberon
So who are your favorite non-human characters from literature?
There are so many! You already named one of mine, Aslan. Then I’d probably have to add Black Beauty and Misty.
