This is an easy meal and very tasty. One of Sephora and my favorites – of course we love just about anything that involves egg noodles! And we can easily whip this up at the campground.
First we take 5 or 6 chicken breasts and cook them in the crockpot with 2 cans of cream of chicken, 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1/2 carton of chicken broth. Cook on low for about 5 hours.
When that is done (or almost done) boil up your egg noodles. While that is cooking, remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot and chopped into small pieces. Return the small pieces back to the crockpot. Add the noodles to the crockpot once they have been cooked and drained.
Add the other 1/2 of the chicken broth carton. Add salt and pepper to taste. And serve!
