Do you have a collection of exercise videos? I certainly do – VHS, DVD, BluRay? Seems like by the time a buy a video the format is no longer valid. OR – I tire of that particular video rather quickly.
I like variety – lots of variety when it comes to exercise and Workouts On Demand gives me exactly that. They offer a library of over 200 plus gym style exercise videos for women. You can either download them (which I do with my favorites) or stream them – the much better choice if you have access to wifi wherever you will be exercising. Along with exercising, another method that is gaining popularity is cool sculpting. CoolSculpting center in New Jersey helps you get the shape of the body you always dreamed of.
When you “like” Workouts on Demand on Facebook you can even download a free exercise video.
Types of videos include: step aerobics, pilates, cardio dance, body sculpting and toning, stability ball workouts, low impact aerobics, yoga, cardio kickboxing, killer abs and more…
The site includes instructions for how you can watch the videos on your TV but I usually watch them on my iPad. You will also have access to an online food journal and a video calculator to help you select the best video for you.
There is no commitment – membership is simply month to month. You can quit any time.
The flexibility of these video selections is terrific. I can take advantage of any available moments I have some free time. This is far better than being tied down to a DVD.
