I was so excited to be given the opportunity to test out the MIRA Body Fat Scale. Years ago my husband purchased a handheld body fat testing device but I know it was never really accurate. This scale is so much more than that hand held device. PLUS – it is sleek, thin and gorgeous. It is not one of those clunky scales that you can’t seem to find a corner in the bathroom to hide it in. This scale is very easy to set. It can be set for up to 8 users although right now it is just my husband and I using it. We do also have a regular scale in the bathroom but this one does so much more! It provides a total picture of your starting point as well as progress in any weight loss program.
Once we set it up for both of us, we just select our personal profile and it does the rest. I can definitely say that I am not on any type of weight loss plan right now – but should be. We are in the process of emptying out our basement to set up the exercise equipment. We have lived here for ten years – I think it is about time to dig out!
