137x THE ANTIOXIDANTS OF BREWED GREEN TEA
Antioxidants are essential as you age to boost your body’s natural defenses against oxidation. Researchers have found that a high level of dietary antioxidants can prevent many age-related diseases.
So far I have used this product in smoothies and my drinks from my Nutribullet. No matter what combination of fruit and vegetables I use, I simply add a little of the Organic Matcha to the machine and make my drink even healthier. My daughter loves her green drinks so I am also happy to share this with her. I haven’t tried baking with it yet but can’t wait to. I make a healthy pumpkin muffin that would be so much better with the addition of Organic Matcha.
I love the resealable top so I don’t have to repackage it in my own baggie. I also started incorporated some in my morning drinks and I have more energy from the very beginning of the day. That is very exciting for me since I usually can’t pep up until around 1pm. It is so easy to use, tasty, healthy and does exactly what it claims. I love the flexibility within recipes. I couldn’t ask for more.
You can purchase your own on Amazon for $25. A small price to pay for your health.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
