Sephora loves to work with crayons and this was a project that she requested specifically and worked on by herself. My only job was to go to the store and purchase some really cheap crayons.
She peeled the crayons and then broke each crayon into approximately 4 – 5 small pieces. She divided those pieces throughout the sections of a silicone muffin mold.
Place it in the oven for approximately 20 minutes at 170 degrees. They are done when they have fully melted. Keep an eye on them though – you don’t want them staying in the oven too long after completely melting.
Remove from oven and allow time to cool – you can accelerate the cooling if you place it in the fridge but if you are in no rush – sitting it on the counter for a half hour works just fine.
Remove the hardened/cooled crayons from the mold and now you have your own custom muli-colored crayons.
