I love the premise of this book and am definitely incorporating this logical approach in my plans for my New Year which include weight loss. Two fasting days is a much more favorable approach than some of the really strict plans out there that require major modifications every day of the week. This is also an approach that I should be able to maintain long term and then at the conclusion of my weight loss work on a maintenance program. This is a very exciting plan for the new year.
