#Manwich – Our Weeknight Sloppy Joe Solution
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Manwich for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
Do you eat sloppy joes? Have you ever had them? I know so many people who have never had them. Boy! Are they missing out. We have always used Manwich products for our sloppy joes. I can’t think of any other way to make them!
We have been given the opportunity to test out Manwich and all three of their flavors – Original, Bold, and Thick & Chunky. We have always purchased the Original flavor so we were excited to test out the rest of the product line. To make sloppy joes with Manwich you simply add ground beef. That’s it. The rest is up to you. Typically, we make ours with either 93/7 ground beef or veggie crumbles. I like it either way – no real preference. Today we made it with 93/7 ground beef but you can use any ground beef – it all works just fine.
What’s so special about Manwich besides our obvious favorite – flavor? Manwich has 3 different canned sauce varieties as well as a refrigerated pre-made sloppy joe mix.
There is NO meat in Manwich cans – Manwich is a tangy sauce perfect for sandwiches, pastas and more. It can also work well in meat-free dishes by simply using veggie crumbles or with recipes like this recipe for Vegetarian Sloppy Joes: http://bit.ly/Iselxv.

Although my husband and I did not grow up near one another – we both grew up with Manwich and I love that my kids are also growing up with it. And we all have our favorites – I love Thick and Chunky; my husband loves Bold; and the kids love Original. Something for everyone. The best part? It is quick to prepare. You actually can’t get much quicker – simply cook up some ground beef, add the sauce of your choice, keep it warming up – then serve. Easy as can be. In fact my 8 year old did most of it this time since I was working on other chores. It is a perfect weeknight meal solution.
