Product Review – Food Should Taste Good
Founder Pete Lescoe created Food Should Taste Good, Inc in 2006 with the goal of making a unique new snack with great taste, real ingredients, and sophisticated flavor – the qualities he is most passionate about in food.
With a name that speaks for itself, Food Should Taste Good® chips are made from high quality ingredients. All chip varieties are gluten free, cholesterol free, have zero grams trans fats. They are also certified Kosher. Plus, many varieties are certified vegan.
Food Should Taste Good® chips are available nationally at conventional grocers and natural food markets.
I have been given the opportunity to try some of the Food Should Taste Good (FSTG) chips. I love trying products that are much better alternatives to traditional foods that we can’t even pronounce the ingredients. FSTG products are the perfect solution. Everyone in my house loves them. I was sent the three flavors pictured above – Guacamole, Jalapeno and Cantina. Those chips disappeared more quickly than any product I have brought into this house before. Something for everyone. These chips have the perfect crunch. Some other companies try to make healthier chips but the “crunch” is compromised. Not in these chips. Actually I think they are more crunchy than many traditional chips. There are seven people in our house and those three bags disappeared very quickly. That in itself says alot – everyone loved them. Then I needed to go out and purchase some more – they were our chips to rely on. We have also tried Blue Corn, Sweet Potato and Whole Grain. My personal favorite is the Whole Grain – I could seriously eat an entire bag if I had the time. My husband loves the Sweet Potato; my son (25 yrs old) loves the Guacamole and Jalapeno and the younger children like the Cantina and Blue Corn. But guess what?! There are even more flavors – feel free to check them all out .
Food should Taste Good also has Kettle Cooked and Crackers in their product line. I haven’t tried those yet but certainly will. Their products are perfect for our family!
