Hood Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Muffins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1.5 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup butter (softened – not melted)
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup Hood Sour Cream (regular)
1/2 cup all natural applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate chip morsels
Cream butter and sugar together. Then gradually add in eggs, honey, sour cream, applesauce and vanilla extract – mixing while adding.
Mix flour, salt and baking soda together separately then start adding into the other mixture while mixing at the same time.
Scoop into muffin tins (greased) to approximately 3/4 full. Bake until cooked throughout and golden brown.
These are the most moist chocolate chip muffins you will ever taste!
