Bufferin Helps Me Achieve My Bucket List Items! Irish Step Dance Anyone? #BufferinBucketList
Do you have a bucket list? Even if you don’t have it written down – do you have a mental list of just what you would like to accomplish in life? I have always found that there are so many incredible things that I want to do either by a certain date or before I can no longer do them.
Some of my previous bucket list items were learning to play guitar, learning piano, learning sign language and more… Over the years guitar has become less important and I have actually forgotten most of it. Piano – I forgot quite a bit but have since started back up with it. My youngest two children have a strong desire to learn some sort of instrument and I am sure it will be guitar, piano or drums at this point. But sign language? That was by far the best thing I ever accomplished on my bucket list. Sure I have forgotten way more than I learned so far because it is definitely one of those things – if you don’t use it, you lose it. However, I use much of it enough to retain it. It is a great way to communicate with my kids without screaming across a crowded room. I can also communicate with them in a space where we must be silent. Although it is not a secret language – we often treat it as though it is. People will see us signing (basic) in church, at school, even in the car while others are driving. There are many songs that will come on the radio and my daughter and I automatically start signing to them – we can’t help ourselves.
These are my guitars from over the years:
My oldest son has become a great guitarist and singer. Check out this video of he and our youngest two children (just learning).

Another bucket list item for me was Irish Step Dancing. I didn’t start that til I was 36 years old! Needless to say that was pretty old to start. At first I started because our oldest daughter wanted to do it and I thought it would be cool to also take lessons. But then I fell in love with it and started winning trophies! Real Trophies! And many first place… By then it is hard to walk away. But I suffered many leg injuries because of a bone issue I have and had quite a few leg surgeries.
Enter Bufferin!
I was recently provided Bufferin Buffered pain relief tablets, the only non-prescription non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID). It’s tough on pain but gentler on your stomach than plain aspirin. Bufferin is formulated by combining the pain relief of aspirin with three different buffering agents, all working together to temporarily relieve minor aches and reduce fever while neutralizing stomach acid that can cause stomach discomfort.
Bufferin is sold at Walgreen’s and Walmart and you can learn more about it at www.bufferin.com. http://bufferin.com/where-to-buy/
I can always use some relief for my knees, ankles, shoulders etc… Bufferin provides almost instant relief. Occasionally, I do suffer headaches also – mostly from computer eye strain. Bufferin is a valuable resource for that too!
With the help of Bufferin I will be able to continue to work on items on my bucket list. And to facilitate this process I was sent a bucket and clothespins to create a physical visual of items still on my list. I simply documented items that are still on my bucket list by writing them directly on the clothespins. As I complete the items, I remove the clothespins from the bucket and place them inside. This method could work for so many items. I think I may make a chore chart for my kids like this!
This sweepstakes runs through March 14th! Enter to win a $1,000 Amex Gift Card and a full-sized bottle of Bufferin through this Official Bufferin Entry Form and you can even let them know what your bucket list items are! http://bit.ly/1n3kT69
