Sifting Through The Chaos – A New TSOS Series
For the last year I ran a “photo of the day” series and I had a blast doing it. I did not miss one day, though many times I came quite close.
I have been sick for a week and have been taking that time to determine if I was going to do the Photo a Day for another year or if I was going to switch it up with a different focus. Since you are reading this post – it is clear that I have opted for a different focus (though you will still see plenty of photos – I am way to passionate about that to give it up).
However, for years people have told me I need to write a book. I could do that but every time I try to begin – I get overwhelmed. There is truly never ever a dull day in my life. I would be very happy to accept one anytime it came along.
The solution is this – my Sifting Through the Chaos series. The general basis will be – just what is a day in my life like? Doesn’t that sound boring as hell? Trust me – if you get bored, then something in my life has been fixed and I will rejoice and gladly stop boring you with it. But for the most part you will probably laugh at me, my situation or laugh with me. I try to usually laugh about the “crap” that happens but oh yeah – there are definitely times I become overwhelmed.
My husband has always maintained that I am the type of person that crap just happens to. That is a total understatement.
The posts will be mostly my days as I survive them – right here, right now. But there is a crapload of stuff that I would love to share with you or in some cases just simply feel I need to share with the world. Sort of a “get it off your chest” type of thing and in hopes that it helps someone else along the way. And hopefully if you are having a bad day and need a little pick me up – maybe my posts will help to remind us all to not sweat the small stuff.
I began blogging because I wanted to write. I have lost that a little in the last two years in favor of other passions – it is so hard to choose. But this is the year…
