Awesome 4 Ice Ball Mold Maker – Make 4 at One Time!
This 4 Ice Ball Mold Maker is unlike other ice ball makers in that it makes four at once. I have a single ice ball maker where I can only make one ball at a time. This is my new favorite item in my kitchen. There is nothing better than a tall iced tea with an ice ball or two in it. They take so much longer to melt than normal ice cubes. They are much more attractive and make me feel like I am having a unique drink rather than some mundane drink. There is a sense of formality with the ice balls. Seriously – I am not kidding. Once you have a drink with ice balls in them, you will want them all the time. Kind of like heated seats in the car – how can you ever have a car without them once you have them?! Plus the ice balls take so much longer to melt so they keep your drink cold much longer. I highly recommend this ice mold!
I also love that they are leak free! When I make my single ice ball I have to carefully walk it over to the freezer, make sure there is plenty of space to stand it up without the possibility of it rocking over until it is frozen. Now you know someone always ends up knocking it over in the freezer and I have no ice left in the mold and there is a thin layer of ice all over the bottom of the freezer. Clean it all up and start over again…
This ice ball mold makes 4 2″ ice balls all at once. Simply fill the bottom tray with water almost up to the top. Press the top tray into it – any excess water will bubble up through the top holes and remain in the tray up top. I tend to fill them slightly lower than that so that no water spills over. Hence they aren’t a perfect sphere but pretty close. The mold is safe, food grade material that is FDA approved and BPA free.
They retail for $12.99 on Amazon but there is also a coupon code if you purchase two or more.
