Although I do not commute to work I was thrilled to have the opportunity to try this cuff out. From April through October we camp in Maine on the weekends. Needless to say in April and May it is not extremely hot in Maine so we still wear pants most of the time. But we ride our bikes everywhere. The campground is 1,000 sites and many many acres. Walking is not practical as a primary form of transportation through the campground. There are miles to be covered and we go back and forth so many times throughout a day. Driving a car is also not practical. The speed limit is 5 MPH and with thousands of kids, adults and pets roaming all around at all times it is not even possible to go that fast. I can walk faster than driving a car through the campground. That leaves biking – faster, more efficient and much more fun. But last year I ripped so many pairs of pants by getting them caught in my chain. I would roll up my pants leg; tie it with ribbon; or even use an elastic. All looked incredibly ridiculous but it was better than ripping my pants constantly. Last weekend I was able to use the commuter cuff and it is much more stylish while also protecting my pants from the chain and my chain from shoe laces. It was perfect and everyone should have one! When I wasn’t using it my daughter would take it and use it.
I received a StaySharp Commuter Cuff in exchange for an honest review.
