Bo-Po Nail Polish Is Back With Totally Tubular Colors, Scents and Peel-Off Fun.
Worx Toys is re-launching the original Brush It On and Peel It Off nail polish with improved formula & vibrant colors
They are bringing back the memories, vibrancy, smells, smiles, and the fun of brushing on and peeling off of Bo-Po nail polish that was originally made popular in the 80s by Tinkerbell Play Cosmetics. Many popular toys of the 80s might have left the toy shelves off and over the years but they never left the hearts and memories of those that played with them. Now, the little girls who grew up with these toys are now parents and can create new memories with their kids of painting their nails, blowing gently on the fingertips to dry them, and then peeling it off to start again with the new and improved Bo-Po nail polish.
Reformulated to meet today’s stringent safest standards, Bo-Po nail plush brushes on and peels off in seconds to start fresh again and again. Available in 10 vibrant colors to match every mood and style, the new Bo-Po features a sweet vanilla smell and a spill-proof bottle which is perfect for little hands playing beauty shop, pop star, or dressing up for a special outing. And the best part of Bo-Po is that it is non-toxic without harsh smelling chemicals, and kids can simply peel off the polish without the need of any acetone which can damage nails.
With the new Bo-Po line, kids can experience fun, spontaneity and amazement of brushing on and peeling off.
Bo-Po nail polish ($3.99) is available online at www.bo-po.com and select specialty retailers.
We were given a two pack with Cotton Candy and Bubble Gum to review. Right off the bat I noticed that there was no horrendous odor to the nail polish. That is huge for me. In fact I even put it on her nails just as we were running out the door so I would not be smelling it for hours in the house. For scent alone I would buy these nail polishes… Or rather, lack of scent. The Bubble Gum color really only required one coat – it is a color. The Cotton Candy is a tint so it required two coats to get the effect my daughter wanted. And because it can peel off and she can start again – we did every other finger each color. Then when she changes her mind she can choose another pattern. The consistency took a little getting used to – it doesn’t go on quite like ordinary fingernail polish – it is thicker – like an acrylic paint. This is the perfect nail polish for a little girl. Although I applied it on her nails for the review – she is perfectly capable of applying it herself (9 years old) and I am sure will in the future. She and all her little girl friends will enjoy this for hours. Now I just need to purchase the full array of colors!
And Bo-Po has offered to give a lucky reader a two pack of their own. You must be a US resident and 18 or older to enter.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
