This Year’s Big Gift?

Recently I have been trying to figure out just what that special item we will get for our kids for Christmas. Every year there is some sort of theme. This last year they each received their first electric guitar package. This was after they spent a year begging for a guitar – since I didn’t think they were serious I made them start with a toy guitar. By the time they received their “real” guitars we were all pretty sick of the toy guitars. But now we have started piano lessons and they have expressed an interest in drums. Since I had always wanted a set of drums I certainly can’t blame them. Of course I am not looking at Junior Drum sets as this year’s special gift idea.
