This set is awesome and provides so many opportunities to get fit while “on the road”.  We camp weekends for 6 months per year.  Our campground has so many amenities so it is hard to complain about just about anything.  But the one (and probably only one) thing it doesn’t have is a fitness facility.  Not even a treadmill.  Now don’t get me wrong – we get tons of exercise while camping for a whole host of reasons.  But this resistance band set adds so many more options to our daily routine.  On another note – my husband and I both have issues with our shoulders and this is perfectly designed for the rehab and physical therapy type activities that keep our shoulders “working”.
