If your home is like ours there are so many opportunities for storage just through our normal every day activities. Do you make coffee at home? We do. And with that coffee – we use creamer. I LOVE those creamer bottles. They allow so many awesome storage opportunities. They are the perfect size to allow the kids to help themselves to certain items or to carry snacks for all of our excursions.  They don’t leak and whatever we put in them says fresh.

You all know I am trying to get my kids to eat a little (alot) healthier. One way to do that is to make nuts available to my kids. The least expensive way to purchase nuts is in bulk – which means no pretty container to store them in. And I am not taking a two pound container into the car – they would have that all over the floor in minutes.  No problem…

And the spout is just large enough for the kids to shake out a palmful and they move on… We also travel a great deal so this storage method is perfect for those 6 hour rides…
