InkEdibles™ has superb quality Printable Chocolate Transfer Sheets that are available in three sizes.  These transfer sheets are composed of an edible layer made from cocoa butter with a light dusting of confectioners’ sugar. This combination gives a beautiful glossy finish to chocolate transfer images.   These printable chocolate transfer sheets are the most advanced on the market because they have the perfect ratio of cocoa butter and confectioners’ sugar.  A rich glossy vibrant image is achieved through a the process of a pre-crystallized or tempered chocolate being applied to an image printed on InkEdibles™ Printable Chocolate Transfer Sheets.  Other non InkEdibles™ sheets can impact the brightness of an image, lack of a glossy finish and lesser quality.  InkEdibles™ Chocolate Transfer Sheets are GMO free (Genetically Modified Organism), gluten free and Kosher certified.

Preprinted sheets are also available where edible food coloring is etched into intricate designs.  Transfer sheets can be used with any type of chocolate. Chocolate molds (sometimes called candy molds) are available in many varieties and styles.  The molds come is assorted sizes depending on the need and they are perfect for molding chocolates and candy coatings. The clear chocolate molds are economical and able to be reused over and over.  The chocolate molds are not suitable for hot temperatures and silicone candy molds are a versatile alternative to traditional chocolate molds.   The advantage to silicone molds is that they can be used for other products without difficulty.
