Starlight Candy Platter for the Holidays

Place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and lay the starlight candies approximately 1/4 inch apart.

Bake at 350 degrees and keep an eye on them.  They will melt together to form a platter in just a few minutes.

The candy will begin to bubble around the edges when it melts.  If you leave it in the oven too long it will bubble all over, significantly so keep an eye on it.

This particular platter is for Christmas but it could also be used for Valentine’s Day or the Spearmint Starlight Candies can be used for St Patrick’s Day.
