Better For Your Fudgy Brownies are the perfect treat for your New Year’s Resolution. My husband and I are trying to be more healthful in the New Year while also keeping treats that are more healthy alternatives around for the kids so they don’t have to suffer the shock of better choices. However, of course my husband and are not watching what we eat together. I can’t stand some things that he eats/drinks and he feels the same about me.
This is another two ingredient recipe.
Ingredients:
Brownie Mix (any)
Natural Applesauce (2 cups)
Mix the two together and bake until done. We added some leftover Thanksgiving sprinkles for a dab of color.
The result is a batch of brownies your family with love with a great deal fewer calories. This is a great way to improve the quality of the lunches they take to school; perfect for school functions; and best of all – a better snack alternative so you don’t feel like you have to do without.

That’s good using applesauce to place the sugar I will try this on my grandkids thanks
Love this recipe. I buy brownie mix all the time but usually make cake like brownies and follow directions on the box. This would sure help with sugar content and I’m a diabetic so I could eat these and not worry about sugar. Always have apple sauce here since great granddaughter loves it.
This looks very good Thanks for the information. We will give it a try.
Yum! I will try this recipe!!
