The digital display is large and easy to read – awesome for those of us that find ourselves slightly vision impaired… I often get nervous when cooking that my meat or chicken may be a little less cooked than it should be.  The last thing I need is for my family to get sick because I didn’t cook my meat completely.  Part of the issue is that I am not a huge meat eater – but they certainly are.  The temps are measured rapidly – I am not a very patient person so this is a great feature and it is accurate.  My husband can’t wait to try this when he is grilling food this Spring/Summer.
