Disclosure: I received free products in order to host a DisneySide @Home Celebration. The opinions expressed here are my own.
I was selected to host a DisneySide @HomeCelebration and I couldn’t have been more excited. When the package arrived it seemed like the box was a bottomless pit. We kept pulling one item out after another….
Our DisneySide kit contained party supplies such as tablecloth, cups, plates, napkins, party boxes, hanging decorations, invitations, games, cake mix, Mickey Mouse pan, sprinkles and more. Then there were a few toys and items for guests such as pencils, stickers, crayons, and more. Sponsors include: HP CMYK (photo paper and envelopes), Snuggle, Wish, All, Twinings Tea, vacation planning DVDs etc…

In preparation for the DisneySide party – which was also a birthday party for our daughter’s 10th birthday party… We made the following:
We filled the DisneySide gift bags with items from Dollar Tree that were Mickey and Friends themed. There are a ton of items at the dollar store with Disney themes. And what would a party be without balloons – also from the Dollar store. They were sold out of Minnie Mouse balloons…
Our party was a multi-generational party with family and friends – 14 guests ranging in age from 2 1/2 to 74. Generally, my daughter ends up celebrating her birthday on Superbowl Sunday – we always called it SephoraBowl Sunday. This year however, it was nice that she have a day just for her.

Some of the DisneySide party attendees actually spent the night so it was a long party!

This looks like an awesome party! I love all of it.
I did one last year. SO JEALOUS of all the awesome stuff y’all get this year! I didn’t apply because I didn’t have an opportunity to throw a party and it was so much work last year when I was very pregnant. But I should have found an excuse to throw one this year. 😉
It was definitely more work than I thought it would be but mostly because I am OCD. But our friends came a long way for the party and we all had a great time. We were all very happy.
Fun, I love the Mickey pops!
