I am so happy to have such a great quality knife sharpener.  It is attractive and does a terrific job.  When I first got married I never thought having a decent set of knives (or pans for that matter) made a difference.  For all I cared I could just purchase knives from the dollar store.  Over the years though I have found that life dramatically changed once I realized just what a difference a good set of knives would make.  And no I don’t want to buy good knives all the time – I want to take care of them, give them a good life and treat them well!  To do that I need an excellent knife sharpener and this one fits the bill.  I have been known to cut myself a time or two so I am very happy with the large sized sturdy handle.  The design is attractive and not some sort of bulky ugly kitchen accessory.  I am very happy with my new Deluxe Diamond Knife Sharpener.
