I have always wanted to be a Real Estate Investor and have learned so much also from this Costa Del Sol Buying and Selling Guide as an additional resource.   That – and I never had any “cash” to make anything happen.  But now I have a little more flexibility and this book helps to provide a general game plan/road map.  I have only read this once so far but I can tell you I will need to read it more thoroughly and carefully a second time.  It isn’t a thick book (200 pages) but it provides some basic information to get me started.  I will need a book that is more thorough and detailed to answer so many questions I will have but this is a really good place to start.
