I hate exercise – you have heard me say that quite often. However, I have also gone on to state that it isn’t all exercise – it is the boring stuff like being on a treadmill; using a weight machine; using a stationary bike. I am sorry but I need my exercise to be fun – jumping rope, hula hooping, developing obstacle courses, mountain biking, hiking, cliff walking, horseback riding and more. My fitness needs to be fun.
You have also seen that I make my own hula hoops and I have several tutorials at The Stuff of Success which you can refer to. But I have never had a video or any type of tutorial for hula hooping – I just kind of play with it and do whatever is fun and works.
Now I have an actual hula hoop workout with the addition of Katie Sunshine’s Hoop Workout. It is a 60-minute workout that includes a warm-up and stretches as well as exercises for the core, legs, arms, back, and chest. It concludes with a cool down. Hula Hoops not included but they do sell them for an additional fee – they sent me a really cool green hoop to practice with. They are custom made with the color(s) you choose.
