Every so often a popular trend is born such as drinking green tea, for example. In 2017, a trendy and very popular drink is cayenne pepper tea. This article will help you learn more about cayenne pepper tea benefits and why it has become so trendy.

Cayenne pepper has been consumed for years to help with a variety of health ailments such as but not limited to gout, nausea, tonsillitis, fever, and an upset stomach. Because cayenne pepper has been used by generations as a natural medicinal aid, the healthcare industry took hold of this natural remedy and transformed it into a product that can be found on store shelves all over the world.

Cayenne pepper tea is best known for cleansing and detoxing the body, increasing circulation, and helping to promote a healthy heart and gut. Cayenne pepper is something that many think of as spicy or hot to taste. The thought of drinking a tea that is hot or spicy may not sound enticing. While this can be the case, the spiciness does have great medicinal qualities as well. In fact, the spiciness helps to clear congestion, relieve joint and body pain, as well as increases salivary gland output which helps with digestion.

It is likely that you may have an interest in partaking in the benefits that come from consuming cayenne pepper tea, however you are not a fan of spicy beverages or foods. Luckily for you, there is a way to decrease the amount of spice that you experience when consuming this healthy beverage. Many have experimented with the spicy tea to make it drinkable for all by adding lemon juice. Lemon can drastically cut down on the spice and also add a refreshing citrus taste to the drink. Simply heat a pot of water until it boils. Add your cayenne pepper tea and teaspoon of lemon juice and allow it to steep. Snuggle into bed or a warm blanket on the couch and sip your beverage. If you are experiencing a migraine, you will most likely feel immediate relief. If you are trying to lose weight, you will find your cravings decrease. If you are suffering from a stomach ache after a big meal with friends and family, you will feel the bloat decrease and your stomach return back to normal

The benefits to drinking cayenne pepper tea on a regular basis can be profound and life changing. If you are looking for a healthy, natural remedy that will support your goals towards a better lifestyle, add cayenne pepper tea to your daily routine. In no time you will notice the results and wonder why you hadn’t started using this great product earlier.

I may have to try this. But I have to think it out first. It doesn’t seem logical that cayenne pepper would help with an upset stomach or nausea…..but, I haven’t tried it yet! And I know it has a good reputation for digestive problems. Hmmmm, maybe this old dog CAN learn new tricks! :=)
