APOLLO WALKER 80″ x 60″ Large Picnic Outdoor Blanket Tote with Waterproof Backing

Although picnic season is over in New England we always have a need for a waterproof backed blanket so I was very excited to try this blanket.  For me having a waterproof backed blanket is critical – but then I also want a soft side – no one likes laying on a thin nylon blanket.

This blanket folds up nice and neat with a velcro closure.  Then it has an awesome carrying handle for perfect portability.

One side of the blanket when fully opened up in a nice soft polar fleece fabric and the other side is a waterproof cushioned PEVA backing.

As you can see it takes up my entire living room – it is a whopping 80 x 60!

Although it is that large when fully opened – it folds down to a compact 14x10x4 inches for easy carrying.  It is totally comfortable to sit on, lay on etc… and is completely warm, especially during these colder months.

It is easily cleaned by surface washing with water and mild soap – the PEVA backing can be washed with simply with a damp cloth.

I will be keeping this in my car for any situation that arises.  It is quite versatile and can be used for camping, beaches, concerts, tailgating, sporting events and just about anything else.  Tomorrow I know we will be using it for a parade we are going to.  While I am keeping it in my car, my daughter plans to use it as a pillow when it is folded up.  She always sleep in the car and never has anything to make her more comfortable.  This is perfect!
