Today is Superbowl Sunday – for us that means it is also SephoraBowl Sunday. Our daughter was born during half time of the Superbowl on 2/6/05 which happened to also be the Eagles versus the Patriots! Since then – every single Superbowl Sunday is fondly referred by us as SephoraBowl Sunday.
So today we are starting our festivities with Raspberry Noosa Muffins. We always have Noosa yoghurt on hand. It is sweet and tangy and so incredibly delicious. I love how thick and creamy it is – not your average yogurt. They have so many amazing flavors – today I used Raspberry but any and all of the flavors work great and there are so many flavors we have so many muffin possibilities.
These muffins are quick, easy and absolutely delicious. All I need is three containers of whatever flavor noosa yoghurt – single flavors or even have fun and mix them! Mix the noosa with a box of yellow cake mix and 2 eggs. This makes approximately 18 average sized muffins.
Bake at 350 degrees until done.
If you’d like you could add a glaze or a brown sugar topping but we usually prefer to eat them as is, maybe with a little butter. This same recipe can also be used to make pancakes to which you can add fresh fruit or a fruit glaze. YUM!
I love cooking with yogurt. Noosa is one of our favorite brands too. It’s got the best texture and flavor.
I like that this recipe is so easy to make but so delicious in the same time! Using cake mix and yogurt sounds like a winning combination!
I love Noosa, I’ve never thought to use yogurt in a recipe before. I think I may end up making this today!
