    This is helpful and would really give anyone a healthy body but for me my main problem is changing my mindset. Still working on it until now. Hopefully I will stick to healthy diet soon.

    Journaling helps me so much. When I don’t do this, I don’t realize what I’ve actually eaten and how bad it really is!
