Why Puffy Mattress is Super Comfy
Did you know that most of us do not get enough sleep? And, did you know that I am the one who gets the least sleep every night? In the world! Well, maybe I am exaggerating a little, but some nights it does feel like it. The sentiment, though, is true. For something which we do for a third of our lives, sleeping is definitely not something that we do for a third of our lives.
We just do not have the time. How many other things are there to do in the day? So many interruptions. So many to-do lists. So many children. And then, when it comes to sleeping, how long do we lie there, unable to sleep? I hear your pain. So, what can we do to get a better sleep?
What makes a comfortable mattress?
When I was thinking about how to get a better sleep, I decided to get to the root of the problem. Yes, the mattress. The temperature can be perfect. There can be zero noise. There can be no stress. But, if you cannot get comfortable, then you are not going to sleep.
I did find out, that the temperature of your room can be in that Goldilocks zone, but it matters not a jot if your mattress is not in that Goldilocks zone. If your mattress is trapping the heat in, then you are going to be sweating all night. If it traps in the cold, then no amount of blankets is going to warm you. I caught myself down a rabbit hole and found out about foam mattresses. The newer ones have in-built technology which makes them breathable. No more hot and cold nights.
Foam mattresses also give you great support. The reason we toss and turn so much during the night is that we have a lot of pressure on our joints. Imagine lying there, with a large spring holding up your hip. That is a traditional spring mattress. With a foam mattress, the pressure is spread out over your entire body. It is like being cradled by a big fluffy cloud. Less pressure means more comfort and more sleep.
Less tossing and turning also means less movement, but if you do need to get out of bed, then a foam mattress will leave anyone else in the bed undisturbed (husband, kids, cuddly toys, you name it). A better sleep for everyone.
The Puffy Mattress
The Puffy mattress is one such mattress. There is a foam core, topped with gel memory foam, giving 10 inches of foam in total. The gel memory foam is cooling and also helps to wick away the moisture. Getting rid of the moisture is half the battle in keeping cool and regulating temperature during the night. Make sure to check out a review of Puffy.
The foam layers are also great for cradling you as you sleep, and the motion transfer is smaller than most of the foam mattresses on the market. There is also less sinkage in the Puffy mattress than in other mattresses. The fact that the mattress is delivered straight from the manufacturer to your door is also a great benefit.
Does this mean a better sleep?
With the boom in foam mattresses, especially the ones which are delivered to your door, comfort is closer than ever. Cutting out the middleman means that you get better technology at a lower price. The materials are high-quality, and the construction is sound. These foam mattresses take the headache out of the shopping process and really do make a difference in your sleep.
The great part is that they all offer trial periods (yes, Puffy too). If you are not satisfied with the mattress, then they will take it back, no questions asked. We are all in search of a better night’s sleep, and now that sleep is within your grasp.
