Keto MCT Oil and Powder and Smoothie Recipe!

My favorite way to have either of these is in a smoothie.  I will sometimes take the oil – as is.  The taste is smooth and pleasant – very mild and not offensive in any way.  Other times, I will mix it in a smoothie.  Both the powder and the oil are awesome in a smoothie.  They serve to make it even more smooth, more filling and exactly what I would love for a smoothie texture.  Both products are best blended and when they are they are nice and smooth.

My absolute favorite smoothie is with the KetoMCT Oil or Powder, frozen strawberries, unsweetened almond milk and vanilla ice cream protein powder!  Best smoothie ever and you will be full for hours…
