Soy Free Easy Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 lb. Chicken USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified
- 1 tsp. Nutiva Red Palm Oil or other oil that is non_GMO
- 1 head of organic broccoli chopped
- ½ cup coconut that is Secret Non-GMO Project Verifies Coconut Aminos
- ½ lb. sliced organic mushrooms
- 1 – 2 cups Lundberg jasmine rice
In one tablespoon oil sauté the chicken until no longer pink. Add the coconut amino sauce, followed by broccoli and mushrooms. Sauté until cooked adding more sauce when needed. Separately prepare the rice as directed. When done serve over rice or add the rice to the mixture and mix through.
