Have you seen Forks Over Knives? I watched it about a year ago as well as several other documentaries. About six months ago I transitioned to a mostly vegan diet.  I am not quite fully vegan yet but working on getting there.

Last night I listened to a podcast with Jane Goodall and Dax Shepard. What a great podcast that touched upon animal rights of all varieties but also touched on veganism and protecting the environment through a plant-based diet.

As much as possible in my current lifestyle, I make plant-based choices over anything with meat. The exception for me is eggs. If I know who has the chickens and how the chickens are raised and treated – I will buy eggs from them.

I have definitely learned that almost all products are just as good, and often better from a taste perspective when they are plant-based.  EatParma has proven this with their “parmesan cheese” products.  Yes, they are completely plant-based.


This stuff is absolutely amazing.  I used it on salads, potatoes, veggies, and more.  This recipe is my favorite – just small potatoes baked, with plant-based butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and EatParma original parmesan cheese!

    I have never heard of this stuff before! The flavors sound delicious though. I definitely believe that seasoning really makes food, without it it’s not good. I will have to check these out, thanks for sharing.
