Making The Change To Plant-Based
How did this change happen? Was it difficult? First I started preparing my meals – every single one that I eat. I phrase it like that because I really only eat supper – the rest of the day is spent snacking on fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc…
I eat all day long but the concept of meals now only really applies to supper. I will point out that my family is not plant-based – yet!
