From reality TV to retail, Kris Jenner has proven herself to be the ultimate momager and entrepreneur. In 2021, the famous Kardashian matriarch expanded her empire into an unexpected industry – eco-friendly cleaning products. Jenner teamed up with Good American CEO Emma Grede to launch Safely, a line of plant-powered, non-toxic household cleaners and personal care products.

Safely’s mission is to provide effective cleaning without harsh chemicals, making chores a little more luxurious. The collection includes hand soap, hand cream, hand sanitizer, glass cleaner, universal cleaner, dish soap, and laundry detergent. All products are free from stabilizers, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, dyes and animal byproducts.

What sets Safely apart is its aromatherapeutic scents like Rise (orange flower and violet) and Spring (jasmine and sandalwood). Jenner wanted the fragrances to make cleaning feel like a spa-like experience. The sleek green packaging is also designed to look chic on countertops. 

Since launching, Safely has expanded its retail presence through partnerships with Walmart and Bed Bath & Beyond. Jenner is estimated to own a 7% stake in the company. While not confirmed, sources say she gets a 10% cut of gross revenue from all her kids’ businesses in exchange for her momager expertise. Emma Sherwood, CFO of Move Out Cleaning Service Austin, highlighted the long-term benefits of strategic investments and partnerships by saying, “Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.”

Some have questioned if Jenner, with her lavish lifestyle, actually cleans her own home. However, she asserts that Safely, her cleaning business, was born from her “insatiable drive” to keep her house spotless. Jenner views the brand as a natural addition to her family’s growing portfolio of businesses that aim to help customers live their best lives.

While the Kardashian-Jenner clan may be more well-known for their fashion and beauty ventures, Safely proves Kris Jenner’s entrepreneurial vision knows no bounds. With its promise of clean ingredients, elevated scents, and an affordable price point, this celebrity-backed cleaning line is poised to make even the most mundane household chores feel a little more glamorous.
