Silicone Dish Drying Mat
What do you put under your dish rack? I don’t have a dishwasher so I still do dishes by hand – I actually don’t mind. Technically I have a dishwasher (portable) in the closet but I have literally never used it even once. It is just easier to wash them and get it done. I have been using a dish towel under my dish rack but I hate that because they can stay damp and then get moldy. No one wants mold under their dishes and in this crazy heat lately it gets moldy in one night – doesn’t matter what we do. This Caresby Black Dish Drying Mat is…

Cute Essentials Potato Ricer and Masher
Are you looking for lump free mashed potatoes? Then this Cute Essentials potato ricer and masher is exactly what you need. All you need to do is boil some potatoes – just as you normally would. Once they are done boiling you take the potato chunks and press them through the ricer very similar to a garlic press motion. Now why would you do this rather than mash them with a huge potato masher? Because the ricer forces the boiled potatoes through the tiny holes and into a bowl. You make the mashed potatoes as you normally would with milk, buttermilk, cream, melted butter or whatever ingredients you typically…

Mess Free Apple Pie With Home True Oven Liners
My husband and I have been married for almost 28 years now. Throughout all of those years one of his specialty dishes has been Sugar Free Apple Pie. He makes them for so many people who are diabetic. We have had apple pies made with sugar and those without – we definitely prefer the ones without. They are so much better and not sour! He purchases pre-made pie crusts most of the time but you could also make your own. It is entirely up to you and how much time you have. We never seem to have a great deal of time so pre-made crusts it is… We use 3…

From Instant Pot To Dinner – 25 Minutes!
This post contains affiliate links Yup totally in love with the Instant Pot. I have struggled with dinner for two years now on weeknights. We get out of work and school and run to the barn to care for the horses, ride, etc… By the time we get home at night it is often 7:30-8pm. By then no one can cook – we would often stop for fast food – fact of our circumstances. But lately I have been playing with the Instant Pot. I can stop at home before going to the barn. This particular dinner literally took 2 minutes to throw together and 25 minutes later – dinner…

Bright Porcelain Espresso Cups and Saucers #GoodMorning #coffee #cup #Mug #espresso #coffeelover #blackcoffee
Recently I became the owner of an awesome espresso machine BUT I didn’t have any espresso cups to go with it! Thankfully Easy Living Goods sent me a set of their espresso cups and saucers to check out and I love them! The funny thing is I really don’t drink coffee. I know that seems odd but I do drink espresso. I think part of it is I don’t have the patience to wait for a full cup of coffee – but a “shot” of espresso?! YUM! I can try any espresso coffee beverage in these cups. My favorite feature is the color – seriously these are fabulous colors and…

Stuffed Burger Press Kit 3-in-1!
I am always searching for the perfect burger. I am not a huge fan of red meat but I do like a good burger – so no, I am not vegetarian. Everyone else in my family are definitely red meat lovers so I try to find recipes that will not only satisfy them but also me. This is the first time I have tried a stuffed burger. Remember my post a while back with Macaroni and Cheese and a Hot Dog? Well today I am trying out this new Easy For Life 3 in 1 Stuffed Burger Press and naturally I am going to stuff it with Macaroni and Cheese. …

Disposable Birchwood Wooden Cutlery Set Giveaway
We are very busy all the time between work, school, barn chores, horseback riding and more. Plus – I don’t have a dishwasher! So by the time we get home between 7pm and 8pm, we are ready to eat immediately. The last thing I want to do is wash a ton of dishes by the time everyone is done eating. Until now we have resort to plastic cutlery – which is easily and universally available. But we have always known there must be a better alternative out there. We have removed plastics as much as possible from our lives. We use glass and stainless steel bottles, we use pyrex dishes…

SASQUATCH 30 oz Stainless Steel Tumbler With Lid & 2 Straws
Check out the SLK (Snow’s Luxury Kitchen) 30 oz stainless steel tumbler! Now I know you have all seen some similar tumblers that are extremely expensive – pretty cost prohibitive really. This tumbler is just as good and for a fraction of the cost! I have been so frustrated with the inability to keep a beverage cold – I really didn’t think that was too much to ask. I spend a great deal of time on the road and really don’t want to stop at a fast food restaurant every time I want an icy cold drink. This tumbler is perfect – I fill it with ice and throughout the day…

SkewerChef Bamboo Skewers – Package of 200
There always seemed to be two lengths of skewers in our lives – three feet long (or so) or 10-11 inches. One was far too long and one was far too short. We have some metal skewers that seem to be close to the right length but we can’t let the kids eat off them for fear they will burn their mouths on the metal. We camp seasonally from April through October and that means camping every weekend with campfires, smores, chicken kabobs and more. We have been on a neverending (at least we felt like it was) search for the perfect skewers that were wooden, just the right length…
