Scrumptious Blueberry Muffins With Frozen Wild Blueberries #momsmeet #wildblueberryside

  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 cups milk (room temperature)
  • 12 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 bag of Wyman's Frozen Wild Blueberries
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt).
  3. In a small bowl mix all liquid ingredients (eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract).
  4. Slowly add liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Once thoroughly mixed fold in full bag of Wyman's Frozen Wild Blueberries.
  6. Scoop into muffin tins that have been sprayed thoroughly and bake until done.
