Sundays With Sephora - Ooey Gooey Blueberry Fruit Squares

Ingredients
  • 2 sticks butter at room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 can fruit pie filling
Instructions
  1. Sometimes I add a little vanilla – today I did not
  2. making blueberry squares
  3. Mix the sugar and butter together. As you are mixing, start adding in one egg at a time.
  4. Then slowly add in one cup of flour at a time.
  5. In a 11×14 pan spread ⅔ of the mixture across the bottom of pan (kind of like spreading pizza). Pour the full pie filling can on top of that layer. Then “plop” spoonfuls of the remaining batter on top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees until it is done – think sugar cookie done.
